Final edit complete
WORK IN PROGRESS: I’m more than a little brain mullered and stringing some sentences together here feels like trying to think through mud, but anyhow – good news for me as I’ve just finished the new novel: The Social Club. It’s been a long journey, although it only took me five months of work to write the first draft, fourteen months of time actually went by. So, I’m glad to be through all that and to have this sucker finished at last. Need to compile the MS into a printable format next. Get a cover finalised and do all the blurb. I think the official launch is set for November, but I’ll be making some “special first edition” copies available in paperback before then.
The Social Club will be the third novel set in the post-apocalyptic survival horror universe of Yellow Dawn – The Age of Hastur; it follows Dog Eat Dog and The Black Lake (which received critical review in the Guardian) – all three of which are separate stories but sharing the one universe. Another five novels exist taking place in this shared universe before Yellow Dawn wrecked such global havoc and devastation, you can view all of these novels here.
