Sharing positive words
This is a comment made by Kevin O’Neill on a post about Yellow Dawn – The Age of Hastur within World Wide Gamers website. Ironically, the point being put forward in the comment is equally valid for this post: with so much information out there it can be hard to filter and find the gems you want. So a belated thank you from me to these folks for the positive words. Sadly the site itself, World Wide Gamers, wrapped up business in July last year.

Okay, I like me some Cthulhu but I love me some post-apocalypse. Yellow Dawn has just reactivated my desire to buy more RPGs.
The image shows that this is the 2nd edition and from what I’ve just found out, the game has been around since 2007 but this is the first I’ve heard of it. Big YAYs for WWG for locating this :-)
That’s the biggest problem gamers face now, you either buy the mass-appeal/middle-of-the-road/mainstream stuff from the big companies that can afford massive advertising budgets or you wait for months or years to find out about some small press company who’s making the games you really want :-(
Here’s the website of the author, lots more info on the game to be found here.
