There’s a lunchtime open talk session taking place at the Watershed’s Pervasive Media Studio – in Bristol – on 6th Jan @ 13:00 hours.  The clever folks at Red Wasp Design are currently working on a tech project to bring the Mythos Meme to a wider audience.  Undoubtedly they’re insane cultists.

I just hope it’s not all about shooting things up – just a different bunch of bug-eyed monsters to kill – otherwise they’ve missed the whole point of what the Mythos is about and what Lovecraft dreamed…

Here’s hoping they’ve crafted something that brings utter despair and horror into the lives of the hapless fools who dare to meddle with the mad machinations of those who worship the Mythos – or tinker with technology not just From Beyond the stars, but From Beyond all space and time.

You can meet with them and discuss Cthulhu and other pervasive media gaming concepts.  Click for more details about Lunchtime Talk: Calling Cthulhu – Making a Game from a Much Loved Meme.
